  • Niche Marketing with Great ArticlesOne of the most magnificent qualities of the Internet is that,by bringing the world close together, it enables people whofill  one  tiny  corner  of  interest  to  come  together, marketingto  each  other,  sharing  ideas,  and  growing  as  a  nichecommunity. For instance, consider antique marble collecting.I don’t know many people  who  collect  antique marbles. But

if  I  do  a  search  online,  I  can  find  dozens  of  sites  that

specialize  in  it,  many  with  excellent  information  on  their

sites, places to trade and sell my antique marbles, and tools

with which to make my own marbles.

How  can  you  leverage  the  enormous  power  of  niche

    marketing?

The  best  way  is  by  providing  your  web  site  with  great

content  focused  directly at  these niche markets.  Instead  of

selling to the masses who are interested in Bono and Coca-

cola,  sell  to  those  who  are  hungry  for  information  and

    resources concerning their special interest.

In order to  do this, you must identify  yourself as an  expert

    in the field you’re targeting.

    Becoming A Guru

Gurus  are  the  wise  men  who  sit  on  the  mountains,

dispensing advice.  You don’t have  to  sit  on  a  mountain but

you do need to dispense advice if you’re going to be a guru.

This means you should know what you’re talking about.

Online,  degrees  and  education  don’t  mean  as  much  as  the

information  you  can  prove  you  have.  The  way  you  prove

your knowledge online is by supplying your website, whether

it’s a sales website or a networking one, with great, original,

    valuable content.

This  is  great  news  for  anyone  who  writes  well.  Despite  its

promotion  as  a  great  image-based medium, the  Internet  is

primarily  a  text-based  medium.  It  delivers  pictures,  music,

and  video  very  well  indeed,  but  most  information  today  is

contained in text, and  the search  engines that catalog your

website  deal  in  text  as  well  (even  the  image-based  search

engines focus on the titles and descriptive text you assign to

    your pictures and video).

But  what  if  you  know  your  niche  market,  but  don’t  write

well?  There’s  a  solution  for  that  too.  You  can  purchase

content others have written for you, or you can have content

    custom-written for your niche market.

of your profits into continuing to learn more and invest into effective tools. Once you

make your first dollar, you’ll be excited to make more. With more fund you have, the

better opportunity you have to grow your online business.

Understanding And Then Start Taking Action

The information in this system to find a niche market may seem too simple to be

workable. After all, the Internet is supposed to be complicated, right? That’s what so- called internet marketing gurus will tell you or else it wouldn’t justify their high fees or programs.

If all of these seem simple to you, you should be VERY GRATEFUL because you’re on the right track to be successful. But if all of these looks totally new to you, just follow this system step-by-step and you’ll have no problem. Remember,

    DON’T GET OVERWHELMED.

Note that, your online business will never be perfect. This means, there’s a possibility that you got the wrong niche in the beginning- a niche that won’t make money. But don’t sweat on it because you can always improve at later stage but what’s more important is to GET STARTED. If you’re a perfectionist, it will never be good enough for you. Don’t let that stop you.

    Just do it.

You need to get it good enough to deliver value beyond what the customer pays you, and present that value in an honest way.

    Then -

    Launch it!

It will be much easier to create a real online business that makes you money if you

    take that advice.

If you’re new, you want something that you can actually DO SOMETHING WITH

    RIGHT NOW.

So do something with it, okay?

With that said, let’s get down to business…

Getting Ideas For A Niche Market

The best way to get ideas for a niche is to simply follow this system and you will never have any problems or obstacles with finding and selecting a profitable niche.Of course if you can build an online business in your preferred niche, that would be a bonus because you’ll be more passionate about it. But sometimes, luck is not always on our side so we end up with a niche that has no association with us. That’s still fine but make sure that you’ll be disciplined with yourself to follow the steps to internet success.

Before you start to build a profitable online business, you must first find a profitable online niche market.A profitable niche market in this case is defined as a market which is not too general but not to small. Your main objective is to create an online business in a niche market that has long term appeal. After all, you would like to derive as much profit out of your online business as possible.

For the record, you will be discovering online niche businesses as businesses that are not about ‘How To’ make money online or offline or internet marketing related

    topics.

Here are a few niche market examples:

    A website about dog training…

    A website about scuba diving…

    A website about wedding planning…

    A website about baby sitting…

    A website about camping…

A website about fresh water fishing…

    A website about Thai kickboxing…

    A website about sewing techniques…

Then go in a level deep if the niche is too general. So it’ll be:

A website about Boxer Dog training …

A website about digital cameras shots…

A website about western wedding planning…

A website about baby sitting for toddlers…

A website about camping in Australia…

A website about fresh water fishing…

See, this is what I mean …

How much knowledge of internet marketing do you think a guy who has a website

about “wedding planning” has if he’s just doing that for fun, as a hobby or part-time?

Not much compared to what you’ll know after going through this system. Trust me,

You’re at the upper hand here.

In Bulletproof Business Blueprint you will have a checklist, I’ll explain in details how you can generate

income from your site. Below is just to give you an idea so that I can explain to you

how to decide on a niche market easier.

    1.  Build a mailing list

    2.   Affiliate promotions on site

    3.   Personal product sales

    4.   Selling ad space

    5.   Displaying Google Adsense

    6.   Selling traffic

    7.   Sell of your site

Now that you understand the importance of building a successful online business in a

niche market, I want you to research which online niche markets can be profitable.

Once you get that right, you’re already on your way to make your first dollar online.

In terms of profitable, I’m referring to whether it’s a buying market or having the

    volume of expected traffic.

If you’re selling products of your own or affiliate programs, YOU NEED A BUYING

MARKET. However, you can still make a lot of money online in a non-buying market

but if there’s a volume of traffic because you can generate income building a mailing

list, selling ad space, displaying Google Adsense or selling the whole site.

So in a nutshell, as long as the niche market can fall into any of these two categories,

    you’re good to go.

How To Pick A Niche Market From What You Know

When building an internet business, a lot of people make the mistake of developing

their site first, and then trying to find a market for it. Of course, the process should be

    reversed.

Here’s how to find your niche market. It can sound very common sense but really, how

many people actually understand ‘common sense’? (Smile)

    Your Personal Preference

1 – What Are Your Hobbies?

You’ve heard it many times— Internet entrepreneurs finally became rich pursuing

what they like doing online. Well, these are not stories. As unbelievable as it sounds,

many people strike gold online while setting up their sites for the purpose “expanding”

    their hobby.

Think of it this way– If the niche is the topic of your hobby, you’ll feel excited and

happy to build your business around it. This way, it’ll support, encourage and lead you

to learn more about your niche. Be as SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE. If it’s fresh water

fishing, write down “fresh water fishing”, NOT “fishing”.

(Example: freshwater fishing, collecting stamps, playing basketball, reading love

novels, playing with your pet and so on. Hobbies are normally described as what you

do to pass time and you enjoy doing it.)

2 – What Are You Passionate About?

    Meditating in Tibet.

Teaching young children to become obedient.

    Mountain climbing.

    Sports cars.

    What’s your passion?

Just like pursuing your hobby, you’ll feel excited and happy to build your business

    around your passion, right?

Follow your passion and it’ll give you the momentum you

    need for the ‘burning’ desire.

3 – What Subject Do  You Consider Yourself To Be An Expert In?

Most people don’t consider themselves to be experts of anything because what they

know seem to be common to them. Obviously. It’s common for them because they are

    the EXPERTS of that topic.

When you are an expert, you’ll have more knowledge on the niche market and be

much more able to create/find content.

Don’t worry about being an expert. You see, it does not means that you need to be a

real ‘expert’ or guru. Examples of when you can consider yourself as an expert easily-

    - Being able to explain about sharks, being able to repair the kitchen sink, being

knowledgeable about certain sports like football, being able to make a baby stop

crying, knowing how to plan a party, etc.

You would be surprise there are people out there willing to pay you to know what you

know. Let me throw in some ideas to keep your brain thinking…

Let’s say you’re an expert about scuba diving.

Can you see yourself owning a site full of scuba diving content and blogging about

    your knowledge and experience?

If your answer is “yes”, I rest my case. Do me a favor– do not underestimate yourself

because you’re doing a disfavor for yourself. Your knowledge can worth a lot of

money if they are focused on a particular niche market.

The Five Reasons For Doing The Exercises Above Are:

    1.  You will be able to create content with your current knowledge or skill

    2.  You will be able to become an expert by answering questions related to that

niche market, especially when you run a forum of your own

    3.  You will have a better chance of competing with the competitors because you

are prepared with knowledge of the niche market

    4.  You won’t get frustrated when you are not making money instantly or achieving

your goal that you have set because the online business will be part of your

    hobby

    5.  You feel more confident about building a business that you like or have certain

    knowledge of.

After you have done this, see if a hobby that you chose was repeated in the “passion”

    and “expert” column or not.

For Example…If your hobby is scuba diving, you can be passionate about scuba

diving and an expert in scuba diving. However, sometimes a hobby might never be

repeated in “passion” or “expert” column. Alternatively, something you’re an expert in

might not be something you like to do, like fixing an electronic circuit board.

Here’s what you need to do after you have done the exercise above:

Write them down in order of 1, 2 and 3 (If you have 4 and 5, that would be even

better) based on how many times the same topic is repeated.

From there, you should have your priority #1, #2 and #3 of what niche topics you want

to do. Whatever the niche you thought of, MAKE SURE you go one level deep.

Ok. everything sounds good. But what happen if you REALLY can’t think of

anything you like to  do? Or if you do n’t have any hobby and passion ?

I’m not trying to be sarcastic here. You know, some people really don’t have a clue of

what they want to do for their online business. When I was conducting a 2-day live

seminar teaching this same topic, I had asked the participants to do the same

exercise above and it’s normal that some of them could not complete this simple

    exercise!

Each time I conduct my 2-day seminar; there will definitely be at least one participant

that said his hobby/passion is to make money or to achieve financial freedom. That’s

not a hobby or passion! If it is, then 99 people out of 100 people will be sharing the

    same hobby and passion. :-)

    But hey, it’s normal.

So if you happen to fall in this category, don’t worry because I got plan B for you.

Plan B is finding ideas of what online niche market that might be interesting to start.

Five of the sites below will give you some ideas of what online niche business you can

    do.

    Ideas From Other Content Sites

    eHow.com :

    http://www.ehow.com

eHow.com is a site that provides information to answer all kind of questions.

Obviously, that’s how the name ‘eHow’ comes to mind. You can get tons of exciting

ideas from this site. For instance, if you wish to build an online niche business in the

“Home/Garden” niche, just click on Home/Garden from eHow.com.

    MyGoals.com :

    http://www.mygoals.com

This is one of the best sites I can think of to find a niche market where people are

interested for the information! Basically, MyGoals.com is a website listing goals by

people who wants to achieve. For instance, one of the goals listed there is”To Learn

    More About Wine”.

    Amazon.com :

    http://www.amazon.com

Amazon is a great place to see what currently exists for any given sub-niche.  If you

don’t know what is Amazon.com, you must be from Planet Mars. It’s the biggest online

book store! See what stuff and books are selling well in Amazon.com and it can

probably become an online niche market. Example, if there are many books about

“Baking Pies” selling in Amazon.com, it can gives you an idea about creating an

    online business related to ‘bakery’.

    eBay Pulse.com :

    http://pulse.ebay.com

The eBay Pulse site is a great place to start looking at sub-niches. What you can do is

select the category first (using the topics you’ve gathered from looking at the previous

sites),  then  look for profitable sub-niches  by then selecting a subcategory.  The  best

chance for success is  if I  am as  specific  as possible  with  my  niche  selection.  In  the

example below, I don’t want to sell to the “crafts” niche.

    Clickbank.com :

    http://www.clickbank.com

Logically, marketers will create certain info-products to suit a niche market if it’s been

researched to be successful. By looking at info-products, you can get an idea of what

niche market to choose. But remember—you’re NOT researching for ideas how to

create an info-product. Go to www.clickbank.com. ClickBank.com is an affiliate

program directory that list over 10,000 products that you can choose to promote as an

affiliate. Go to this directory and research the info-products available to get ideas of

what online niche market you want to do. You can also use the same technique by

going to www.paydotcom.com. It’s another type of website that has the same concept

    as www.clickbank.com

Still having problems to find a niche market? Use the following techniques…

Technique 1 : Look Around. What Do You See?

This method simply involves looking around your immediate environment– where you

work, live, play, etc. This could be looking around your house, your garden, your local

park, local shops or whenever you are out at a new place.

For example, if I were to look around the room I’m currently in, I estimate that I could

generate at least 5 new niche ideas.

I see my Apple iPod which I use to play MP3 music; why not create a niche for Ipod

users? Last time I’ve checked, there are 1,031,801 searches a month for the keyword,

“iPod”. That’s over a million. Just dig into a level deep and you’ll spot a niche. You can

create all kind of categories like “buying iPod”, “iPod tricks”, “iPod maintenance” and a

    lot more.

I see a flower pot on my study table; why not think of a niche like care home flowers?

I see a sports car outside of my place; why not write a product with interesting content

    about sports car?

I see my wallet; why have a site about designer bags and accessories?

I see a few antiques in the corner; why not having a site with selling antiques content.

See? 2 minutes of looking around one room and I’ve generated 5 new niche ideas. I’m

sure I could generate a lot more with a bit more time.

Once you find a new niche idea, write it down in your notebook and then continue

    looking.

It doesn’t matter how useless you think the idea will be; write it down. It may well

prove to be the most profitable of all your niche ideas.

Repeat the process through the rest of your house, and then move onto your garden.

Remember– You can repeat the same process in your local park, local shops or

wherever you are. Every place is different and every place will give you one or more

    niche ideas.

Technique 2 : What Is In The Media?

The media have had an ever increasing affect on our lives and it can be used as an

excellent tool for generating new niche ideas.

To find what’s in demand using the media involves analyzing TV adverts and

programmes, magazine adverts and content and newspapers.

By analyzing current affairs, you can quickly spot potentially lucrative niche markets.

Over the last few years, global warming and its effects have been widely broadcast

and more and more people are trying to do their bit to help reduce the effects. You

could quite easily research how to reduce global warming and start to create a site on

    this.

Using magazine content is also a good way of choosing niche ideas. You always see

women’s magazines with fashion advice and weight loss tips. You could use these

articles as research and because they are being included in these magazines, the

information is obviously in demand. Don’t restrict yourself to women’s magazines

    however, look at:

Car magazines – You could set a site about choosing the perfect car to suit the

    customers purposes.

Garden magazines – A site about creating a beautiful garden.

Travel magazines –Content on travelling for cheap, luxury destinations or things to do

    on vacation.

There are thousands of magazines out there and each one could provide you with 3

    or 4 new niche ideas.

    Simply visit

    www.magazines.com

to browse through a huge selection of magazine categories.

Monitoring the TV listings and analyzing what’s on TV is also an excellent way of

selecting a lucrative niche market. An excellent example of this type of niche selection

is if you had spotted that hit TV series “LOST” would have been so successful with so

many fanatical fans that are very passionate about the programme. You could quite

easily have created a site catered for “LOST”! Or a bigger niche like “Action Series”.

    Whatever.

The best part about choosing a niche like this is that if you were one of the first to set

up a website about LOST and marketed it effectively in the initial stages, then you

could have dominated that niche market from the very beginning.

Technique 3 : What About Google?

Another method of generating new niche ideas online is using a few free keyword

research tools from Google. The first being:

    http://www.google.com/trends

Type in a keyword to Google Trends and it will display a graph showing how the

number of searches has changed since 2003 through to the present day. It’s a good

way of identifying niche markets that are on the up and niche markets which are in

decline. It also shows you what events in the press affects the major increases or

decreases in search numbers. You can then identify how media speculation will affect

    that niche.

    Google Suggest

http://www.labs.google.com/suggest is another great tool for identifying niches within niches.

All you have to do for this one is type a keyword and Google will immediately provide you with a list of

other possibilities for keywords with highly searched words and phrases.

This is an excellent way to narrow your vision

and identify very hot and lucrative niches within niches (micro-niches).

Below I have searched for the term Caribbean and immediately I could now branch

    out into sub-niches.bulletproofbusinessblueprint

Caribbean cruises could be a highly lucrative niche. You could give details on some of

the best tourist cruises associated with the caribbean.

Try many different main keywords in Google Suggest and see what comes up.

Researching For A Profitable Niche Market

Now that you have your niche, you’ll need to research whether it can be profitable.

YOU might be very interested about a niche topic but NO ONE else online is

interested. Then, it’ll be useless. For example, if you want to build a business about

“underwater weddings” but nobody is crazy about that, you’re not going to make

money even if it’s your hobby, a topic that you’re passionate about and are an expert.

Two things: either it’s buying market or having the volume of traffic. OR BOT H.

    Volume Of Traffic

A sizeable market is better than huge market

You would think that if we’re going after the volume, we should follow the thinking of,

‘the bigger the better’. Guess what, you’re wrong!

The bigger the market, the more competitors you’ll have to be the authority.

It’s easier to dominate a niche about “Boxer Dog training” than a “dog training” niche

    in general.

The other reason is, you want to create alliance with your ‘competitors’ than trying to

    compete head-to-head.

And finally, you want to be an authority in a certain sub-niche market. A sub-market

will also be more responsive in terms of relationship because it’s topic-focused. This

will make you richer because your visitors, subscribers or customers will be highly

    targeted.

1 – Research the demand or searches the topic received each month

    Go to https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

A guideline is between 5,000 to 100,000 searches a month from Google KeywordTool will be

good, although it’s a huge gap in between. This is subjective and it’s only a

benchmark for you to consider so don’t take it seriously.

Also, the benchmark is not for just ONE KEYWORD. If your niche is “Men Dating”,

consider keywords like “Men Man Dating” as well to be add up for the numbers of

searches because they’re almost identical in terms.

2 – Check for the possibility of joint venture partners

    Go to

    http://www.google.com

to find other current websites that are related to your

topic. There should be thousands of other websites related to it but you do not need to

review all of them. All you need to review are the 3 – 5 websites from page 1.

If there are hardly any websites relating to your topic, that’s bad news because you

will need partners to exchange traffic.

It’s time you understand that the absolute easiest and most profitable way to get

things done in business is to get help.

It’s all about the contacts you make.

Trying to make it alone and fighting against the odds is what you’ve been taught, but

    it’s wrong. You need help.

How often do you take the time to build relationships online?

The answer to that question will determine how far you get.

I constantly search out new friends and business associates because I know that

there will come a time when I will need or want their help and vice versa.

When you actively seek out relationships with others in your market, you automatically

open yourself up to opportunities that the average businessperson would easily miss

because they’re out of the “circle”.

You’ve got to get it out of your head that everyone is your competitor because

competition is not really an issue once you understand that competitors are potential

allies in the world of marketing online.

    Use QuantCast.com

A powerful tool to estimate the amount of traffic volume of other websites is by using

    http://www.quantcast.com/

. I got to know this site from Frank Kern and its extremely a

useful tool. Once you type in the url of the site you’re trying to analyze, it’ll also

suggest to you other relevant sites. This means, you’ll be able to allocate other

possible JV partners just from one source!

    What’s your niche market “reachability”

Once you have determined a niche market, there must be at least 3 ways to reach it.

Assuming if my niche market is self-improvement. How about if I narrowed it down to

people who believe in self-improvement who believe in using the strategies?

Market reachability can come in many forms.

One o f the best market reachabilities

is finding people who have the database of the people in the niche market that

    you want to contact.

These can be subscriptions or customer databases.

Or do you think your market reachability will come from people watching videos in

YouTube.com? If you have no clue what kind of size we’re referring,

    users are now

watching more than 100 million videos per day on YouTube.

    Looking For Buying Market

Who Will Benefit From Your Information?

If you’re going to tell me that EVERYONE would benefit from your information, then

you’re in trouble because you’re now competing with EVERYBODY.

By knowing this, you can start to judge from its behavior and understand the mindset

    of your visitors.

If you have a truckload of visitors for a certain niche market but if there’s no buying

power, your profit-model to make money in this niche will suffer tremendously if you’re

    expecting them to buy something.

For instance– you could have a huge niche market but because the information you’re

trying to sell is everywhere or available for free, your product or the affiliate program

you’re promoting will not be a salable one.

There are 2 reasons why ‘no buying power’ disadvantages can happen:

One – The visitors are not decision makers

For instance, if you’re trying to sell a house drill tool to someone that is not the person

doing the hole drilling, you won’t get that person to order. The tool is useless to that

person. If it’s the Husband that does the drilling, chances are that it’ll be useless trying

to sell to the Wife the advantage of your house drill because she’s not the decision

    maker in this situation.

Another case is trying to sell an ebook titled,

    “Getting Hot Dates For Teenagers”.

    You

might have a huge market of young people interested to buy your ebook –But if they

do not have their own credit cards, they can’t order it NO MATTER how badly they

    want.

So even if your website is flocked with tens of thousands teenagers visiting your site

for free content, you’re NOT going to get them to buy anything from you.

Two – The visitors do not have any money

“Getting out of debts” niche is definitely a very lucrative niche. But if do not have a full-

proof business plan to capture this niche, it’ll be a disaster because people who are

interested with your information on how to get out of debts are people who have

debts! So, where are they going to get money to buy from you? They’re probably

    seeking for free information.

Another example is the niche of teaching people how to get a job. Who are the people

that will be interested in your information?

You got it. People who don’t have a job yet. If they don’t have a job, chances are, they

don’t have an income. The purpose why they want a job is to get income! Again, this

is an example of people with no money.

    Finding Hardcore Believers/Followers

There are certain niche markets that have people willing to spend. These are the

‘believers/followers’. It’s really hard for me to tell you which niche these are … but as a

    simple guideline, ask yourself,

How much do they really need it?

For instance, model train hobbyists are crazy spenders for anything related to the

    niche of  “model trains”.

If your niche is “save marriage”, you’ll have a very profitable online niche market

because these people need the information desperately. The value of getting the

problem solved is worth many times the cost of your product.

I know it’s tough to determine whether a niche has hardcore believers/followers or not.

You’ll need to put on your thinking cap and be more creative. How to determine

whether they can buy an info-product in a certain niche is also highly dependent on

the spending capability of these people. We’ll need to use some common sense here.

For instance, people who play golf are normally people who have some extra money. I

don’t think you’ll see an office boy playing golf. If you look at golfers, these people are

normally business owners or executives. So, if your $47 info-product can help them to

improve their golf play, it’s very likely they’ll spend with you.

This is a very important question to ask yourself how ‘strong’ the demand for your

product. There is no point in creating a product for a market if that market is not

motivated to learn about the subject. If they are passionate about the subject then

they are prepared to pay money for products related to that niche and if they are

prepared to buy that will mean more money in your pocket. Similarly, do they have a

greater disposable income? If it’s a niche where the majority will have an abundance

of cash, they might be prepared to risk a little on one of your products.bulletproofbusinessblueprintreview

    Offline Market Research

If you are thinking why you need to do some offline research, here’s why…

If the niche market you chose online is already proven to be selling offline,

it’s likely to be a profitable niche online to o.

Simply because, the same people who browse

through magazines most likely use the web to search for free content too.

Are there books published related to your topic?

Are there monthly magazines about your topic?

How Many Existing Ads In Google AdWords?

Google offers a paid placement program called Google Adwords in their search

engine. Paid listings in Google appear above and to the side of its regular results (See

image below). Like most Paid Placement or Pay-per-click programs you are charged a

fee only when a visitor clicks on your listing. There is a $5 activation fee for this

service and there is no monthly minimum fee.

If you need to know what Google Adwords is in general, you can go to the main

    website at

    www.google.com/adwords

    .

Here’s a captured page from Google Search Engine when I searched for the keyword

    phrse “Persian Cats”

At the point of my search using the keywords ‘persian cat’, you’ll see on the right hand

side, there’s a column of ads under ‘Sponsored Links’. Those are Google Adwords

    advertised by an advertiser.

If page 2 are full of ads (Each page can have a maximum of 8 ads), this means there

are alreadya minimum of 16 ads bidding on the keywords ‘Persian cat’.

The more ads served, the better the market is. If there are a lot of advertisers, it

shows that the market is a buying market on general.

At the same time, you can see what the products are being promoted in those ads. If

they are affiliate programs, it’s a good idea to consider promoting that as well on your

    site or through email marketing.

I mean, there must be a reason why all of the affiliates are attracted to promote it and

what motivates more than anything else for them? Money.

What if it’s products by the merchants?

GREAT! Now you have a list of potential advertisers for your site. I’ll explain this in

details in your checklist for this system.

At the same, the Adsense Ads displayed on your website will worth more. If you

haven’t heard of Google Adsense, you’ll learn more about it in the guides and

manuals once your site is up and running. So don’t sweat on it.

    NOW

These are signs and benchmarks you can use to determine whether a niche market

can be profitable or not. Obviously, it’ll be very difficult to get all ‘YES’ or ‘POSITIVE’

signs. So, don’t worry if it doesn’t give ALL ‘yeses’.

I would make the point that, the more positive remarks you can get based on the

‘filters’ above, the more successful you’re likely to be in this niche market.

With that said, one ‘filter’ showing good sign doesn’t means ANYTHING.

Like, if the Google KeywordTool search stat shows 5,000 searches only, does that means

there’s no hope to make money in this 5,000 searches niche?  Of course not.

The reason is, that’s just plain number. It shows that there are 5,000 people search for

a certain keyword in that niche last month in the SEARCH ENGINES. A niche can still

be wildly profitable because you might be using other traffic source like your market

reachability, viral traffic and alliances promotion. See what I mean?

  • Get Testimonials (yes, before you have a product)
  • Twitter/ Social Media
  • product pricing bulletproof business blueprintPricing is another important strategy. This will determine how much money you aregoing to make. There is no right or wrong in this. Pricing your product higher doesn’tnecessarily mean it’s better than pricing it low. So does pricing your product low doesn’tmean you will get to make more money by catering to more people. Instead of beingbiased, why not have products that sell at all price ranges possible? If this is your first time creating a product, you should start with creating the Front-End.

This is the ‘foot in the door’. You get people to buy from  you for the first time. They have

decided to trust you, or rather, take the risk to trust you. Since it’s low-ticket and it

doesn’t cost much – just anywhere below $27 – you encourage your prospects to

become your customer and test the waters with you. All else fails, there’s a Money Back

Guarantee and it’s only… what? Below twenty seven bucks.

But you don’t stop here. The selling continues. You must always, always, always

UPSELL. Peddle more products to your customers. Don’t let the buck stop at the Front-

End. Then this is where your m iddle ticket product comes in. You see, your Front-End is

like a ‘trust builder’. You give quick useful inform action, help your customer solve a small

problem, and prove yourself. The customer will want more if he finds your product great.

And why not? Especially if it’s in a niche where people are continuously looking for

improvements. This is why wealth creation, relationships, self developments… these are

hot niches where people spend money over and over again to re-educate themselves

and continuously grow. So middle ticket items. This is one hurdle above low-ticket items

    – can be E-Books, online courses… just like what I had taught you.

Again, it doesn’t stop here. Your goal is to move your customers up your sales funnel –

from Front-End to Upsells then to Back-Ends. Your high ticket products. This is where

the real riches come from. People m aking a lot of money for less effort. You see, it’s

easier to get the same customers to spend money with you vs. finding new custom ers.

They are in a ‘buying mode’ or a ‘buying trance’ I should say. So don’t be afraid to sell.

In fact, if your custom ers trust you enough to buy in the first place, this is the best

opportunity to sell to them while they are in the buying loop. Lead them gradually to your

highest ticket product. It can be a coaching program. It can be an inner circle mentoring.

A home study course. Offer easy payment plans if you must, but m ake sure you

continuously upsell and back-end sell. It will take you time to build many products, but

don’t be overwhelmed – create one product at a tim e, starting from the easiest one,

which is your low-ticket, Front-End product.

Okay, have you noticed that the prices typically end with ‘7’? It’s been proven by m any

researchers and test freak marketers that prices that end with ‘7’ convert the best, as

opposed to other numbers like ‘0’ and ‘9’. Feel free to put any other prices but I want you

to know that the number ‘7’ is already a sweet spot to end your price figure with, like $97,

    $29.97, $1497, and so on.

All in all, your m ain goal is to create an em pire. An online business em pire. And this

means creating more than one product. It’s very hard to be rich selling just one product.

Now that you know how to create your own content to sell on demand, you can easily do

it for m any products, and do it for many levels of prices. Be sure that for every Front-End

product you must have a Back-end. Repeat this process and do it for many sites in one

or a few niches, and very soon you will be seen as an expert. A very rich expert!

  • Product/ Domain Name Strategy
  • Forums/ Blogs
  • Build Sales Video (don’t freak out… Todd makes it simple)
  • Build Product
  • One Time Offers can often triple or quadruple your profits and if setup correctly, can sell easier because your customers already have their foot in the door. One time offers are one of the most powerful marketing techniques to come along in ages and you have made is dead simple for anybody to easily create their one time offers page, 404 pages, giveaway offer, and much more.In true form, the one time offer is offered after a sale is imminent on an existing product, for a similar product or service that may increase the value of the customer’s current purchase…Here I’ll talk you through how to get started with one time offers and how you can profit from them a surprisingly large amount. In this video you will see sites making very impressive income with one time offers and how you can immediately implement the tactics they’re using.Carefully planning out your one time offers is the first step towards launching a successful internet marketing campaign.

If you have been buying products online or even selling them, you have likely experienced One Time Offers.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make in Internet marketing is jumping onto this one time offer bandwagon and just picking any ole product they see and turn it into their One Time Offer.

Once you understand the psychology behind why buyers purchase one time offers (OTOs) and why certain OTOs are more successful than others, I guarantee that your one time offers that you present, will begin to convert better for you.

Do not be like the rest of the crowd that just jumps in and tries to make any product a One Time Offer only to realize you have wasted your time.

Your One Time Offers sales page is similar to a regular sales page, but there are a few things you will need to add and watch out for while writing it.

Now that you’ve created your One Time Offer sales page and download page, you will need to connect it with your front end sales page.

Using Scripts to make setting up easier: While you could setup your One Time Offer manually without any scripts, you will not be able to make it a true OTO.Your customers could simply bookmark the One Time Offer and come back to it one month later, and you would lose your credibility because the next time you offer an OTO, they won’t take you seriously.  With that said, if you have tried one time offers before and they have not converted well at all or you have never done them before, grab this video series now and increase your conversions by 5, 10, 20,or even 40 percent.

You will also learn why, for many reasons, we don’t encourage putting a careless stack of rehashed Resell Rights products as your One Time Offer.

But what if you don’t have the talent -or the time- to create an irresistible One Time Offer to present to your prospects.  I have done all the hard work of finding great products and creating the One Time Offer sales and download page for you, so you can get started instantly.

  • Strong Opt In Page
  • List building is very important but how you build that list will determine you success. This is really building a business, and most people want to do business with people they know, like and trust… do your customers know, like and trust you.List Building Strategies That Really WorkList building is the first, most important and most constant of all the tasks that Internet marketers engage in.List building advice I am very sure that if you have been marketing on the internet for some time you would have heard how important it is to build a list and has always been a integral part of Internet marketing.List building is an essential part of online social networking, and Ning, if used properly, is a powerful list building tool. You are about to become a list building master and you are going to multiply your downline? all with a system that allows you to put everything on auto-pilot.

  • Be Cool
  • Email Marketing Strategy

Module 4

  • Keyword Research
  • Then there’s also recording your own video. Now there are 2 different types of videos:I’m  going to talk about and I think thisis just as powerful, in fact, potentially morepowerful than just doing audio and textin some cases. Now if you do record a video ofyourself doing some demonstrations in person, this is very good because it builds

rapport and it’s a good substitute for blog content

and it puts salesmanship in person.

Meaning that some of the most influential

Internet entrepreneurs are those who are more

personal. People know that they are for real

because they see them  on a video on

YouTube and it’s good. If you’re doing blogs

and you don’t like writing, you can just put

up a video of yourself in front of your webcam,

do 2 m inutes and then post it up on

YouTube and share with your subscribers and visitors on your blog.

And then there are other Internet marketers

who started to see phenomenal results and

they’ve been doing it for quite some time.

They even saw 200% to 400% conversion

rates just using videos! This can really

help build your web business a lot and it gives a

face to your username on the Internet because

you’re not just another name or a

    faceless person anymore.

The second type of video I’m  going to talk about

is the ‘on screen’ kind of video where

you show the technical ‘How-to’ on your computer screen

and save it. If you’re teaching

something technical like how to set up a Wordpress blog,

how to use a HTML editor like

Dreamweaver or things like that, this is also

another type of video that you can do using

    Camtasia Studio.

You can get the latest version of Camtasia Studio over there.

    Now recording your own

video isn’t as hard as you think it is. In fact,

it’s much better than writing an E-book in

most cases. It may take you days to write say a 50 page E-book

and even if you’re a fast

writer and you can do it in a day, eventually

you can get burned out. I recommend doing

a video because all you have to do is just

do it in 5 minutes and do a series of short

videos which again, you can do this overnight.

So that sums up the DIY methods: write your own,

record your audio and record your

    video.

  • How to Use Article Directories to Increase TrafficSEO.  Keywords.  Metatags.  Metadescriptions.  Spiders.Robots.Do  you  feel  overwhelmed  when  you  hear  people  talkingabout  all  these  things?    Most  people  do.  Here’s  a  quickglossary, and then the reason you don’t have to worry aboutthese words if you know a couple of web secrets.

Metatags – Words embedded in your web page that tell

viewers  and  search  engine  automatons  about  the

    content on your page.

Metadescriptions –  Same as metatags, but in sentence

form,  and  with  the  possibility of being  used  on  search

    engines as your site description.

Keywords  –  The  words  you  use  in  your  metas  and  in

the  text  on  your  page  to  describe  your  product  or

    service.

Spiders or Robots –  miniprograms or  automations sent

out  to  automatically  browse  the  Web  by  search

engines, they catalog your site by keywords.

SEO  –  Search  Engine  Optimization,  this  means  your

site  has the  appropriate  keywords  and structure  to  be

properly cataloged by those spiders and robots.

Here’s why this information isn’t that important: it’s archaic.

Metas were devised in the early days of the search engines,

when  they  weren’t  terribly  powerful,  so  that  your  good

content  could  be  properly referenced by the  engines. What

they found was that unscrupulous webmasters loaded up the

metas with keywords that were popular and would rank well,

but  that  really  had  nothing  to  do  with  the  content  on  the

page. This is called search engine spam because it works the

same way and is approximately as useful.

Spiders today don’t  pay  much  attention  to the metas. They

look  for  keywords  in  your  content,  and  the  most  cutting-

edge ones look for grammatical structure as well. It won’t be

long  before  they  can  tell  whether  your  site  is  actually

sensible.  And  they  are  looking  for  web  pages  that  are

frequently  updated,  not  just  static  sites  that  contain  the

same information year in and year out.

Interestingly,  your  customers  are  looking  for  good  content

as  well.  One  simple  little  trick  can  satisfy  both  of  them

    inexpensively.

Good  articles  containing  information  about  your  product  or

    service, rotated regularly.

  • Find JV’s and Affiliate

Module 5

  • Higher Priced Back-end Products
  • Continuity Programs
  • This would be a very ideal way for creatinginformation products like E-books for that matter.A couple of places to look at on theInternet are elance.com and the warriorforum.com.These are really good places where

you can get ghost writers because writers do hang around

    this place including the

Warrior Forum. Now if you’re not comfortable using the forums,

    there are still offline

methods like getting college students or asking referrals

    from other business associates.

The good thing about getting a ghost writer is that

when you tell them your syllabus or

what kind of content you want them to write for and

you make sure that they are able to

generate the content for you as long as they know what

they’re writing. This is really a

good way to have content done for you and you don’t even

have to do anything at all

except pay a fee for it.

I’m  going to teach you one way to actually save money

on your ghost writing fees in

exchange for more value. I know some marketers, they

    actually spend US$800,

US$1,000 or even US$2,000 to have lots of content

written for them but the problem is

that they do not know whether they’re being short-changed or not.

    The problem with

telling a person do in pages is that when you ask –

let’s say for an exam ple: 3 different

people to write a 20 page E-book, you’ll find out that

their number of words vary – like

maybe the first person would take like 5,000 words.

The second person may be able to

do it in 6,000 words because he uses smaller font and the third person may do it in

1,500 words because he has been putting a lot of pictures.

    Things like that.

The best bet is that you want to specify the amount

of words per article. So one article

equals to one sub-chapter for your E-book.

Give the assignm ents in quantities of articles

    – not a book’s pages. For example if you’ve decided

that there should be 20 sub-chapters in your E-book,

then specify them as articles and give it to your ghost writer.

    So

this way, you can see that it’s much more

quantifiable right now. You can see that you’re

paying for the amount of words – not the amount of pages anymore.

One more quick thing about ghostwriters is that

you’d want to check with their integrity

first. You’d want to make sure that their articles

are not plagiarized from any other

websites. The best thing to do is that you can go to

    http://copyscape.com /

    and do a

search on any of the articles to make sure

there are no duplicates from other websites.

Affiliate marketing is a form of internet advertising that allows online marketers (publishers) to connect with companies (advertisers) trying to compete in the ever changing online marketplace.Affiliate marketing has experienced numerous failed attempts to create an industry organization or association of some kind that could be the initiator of regulations, standards, and guidelines for the industry.

Affiliate Marketing (AM) is a unique affiliate network specializing in driving sales to advertisers on a cost per acquisition basis.

Payouts to affiliates or publishers are either made by the networks on behalf of the merchant, by the network, consolidated across all merchants where the publisher has a relationship with and earned commissions or directly by the merchant itself. Let’s talk about how you can do exactly that and build a long term affiliate-income, instead of rebuilding all your websites every 2 months because you were tricked into purchasing spam-producing products by unscrupulous online marketers. However, more recent examples exist of “thin” Affiliate sites which are using the AM model to create value for Consumers by offering them a service. This is the biggest thing to hit the internet since the internet was created. AM Business is proudly powered by Word-Pressand the Simplicity theme.

AM programs has never been as popular before as it is today. AM services can be a profitable way to make money if you’re willing to work hard at it and do some extensive research to learn the ins and outs of the affiliate marketing business. Affiliate marketing really is an excellent system.

The concept of revenue sharing-paying commission for referred business-predates affiliate marketing and the Internet. Cost per click was more common in the early days of affiliate marketing, but has diminished in use over time due to click fraud issues very similar to the click fraud issues modern search engines are facing today. Online marketing is the difference between your website being an expense item in your marketing budget and it being a source of unique, steady leads, conversions, income and profits. Successful online marketing tips Online marketing is a fairly new arena, with self made pundits spouting new strategies on daily basis on how to get successful online.

Search engine marketing has boomed in recent years and numbers show that spending for online marketing is only going to continue to increase year after year. Business owners often get confused when faced with the dilemna of making a choice between “organic” search engine optimization or a pay per click advertisement strategy, to promote their business online.

Pay per click advertising is the process of displaying adverts alongside search engine results but it does not cost a penny until a searcher clicks on one of your adverts.PPC or sponsored links appear across the top of Google search engine results and down the right hand side of the search results pages.Pay per click advertising mainly employs text as the persuasive medium. Pay Per Click/PPC web marketing is deployed extensively across search engines, advertising networks, content-based websites and blogs as part of a web marketing campaign. Marketing rules are the same no matter how big or small your business is: (1) brand your product, (2) determine who your target audience is, (3) get the sales, and (4) establish repeat customers. Online marketing is very effective in managing all four of these rules.

Online Marketing Defined

The definition of online marketing is: Placing your business or product on the Internet for millions of users to access so that you can turn your website into a strong tool to maximize your sales and business potential.

But online marketing is much more than putting your advertising online. Marketing online includes such areas as communicating with your customers, promoting your business or product online, and making sure that your website content is useful and up to date. The great thing about online marketing is that you don’t need to have a huge budget to put together a marketing campaign that is effective. There are tools that you can use to make your marketing techniques easy and profitable such website templates, shopping cart templates, and online marketing templates.

What You Need for Online Marketing to be Successful

There are some important points to consider before you get into the strategies and intricacies of online marketing:

· Communication. An important part of online marketing is how you respond to your customer’s e-mail. You don’t want to lose potential customers after you’ve made the effort to have them visit your website and then contact you for more information. E-mail is a very effective and cost efficient way for you to generate more sales. The key to this effectiveness is “consistency”. You need to be consistent in your response to your customers. You’ll also want to make sure that the tone of your e-mail corresponds with the tone you’ve set in your website content.

· Human Resources. If you’re going to succeed online you need to have enough people working with you. Efficient websites incorporate a personal touch with a fast response time to customers. Your goal is to turn the visitors to your website into customers. The standard time for a return e-mail is from 48 to 72 hours. If you wait any longer to e-mail back you risk losing the customer. This means that if you don’t have the man power to return e-mail in two to three days you need to take another look at your marketing strategy.

· Products people want to buy online. Before you start marketing online you need to be sure that you have a product or service that people want to buy. Customers need to find a value in what you’re selling. There are two motivating factors when it comes to selling online: cost and convenience. Ask yourself if customers will find it easier to buy online than finding a local store. Is it cheaper for them to buy this from you online?

Online Goals

Once you’ve established that there is a need for your service or product you’ll be ready to determine your business goal and whether or not you can meet this goal online. If your main goal is to sell a product online you should decide how you want to make those sales. For example, do you want customers to buy from you online or do you want them to come to you to close the sale? You’ll need to decide what action is needed for the sale to be finalized. Small businesses need marketing efforts that are targeted and precise.

Understanding And Then Start Taking Action

The information in this system to find a niche market may seem too simple to be

workable. After all, the Internet is supposed to be complicated, right? That’s what so-

called internet marketing gurus will tell you or else it wouldn’t justify their high fees or

programs.

If all of these seem simple to you, you should be VERY GRATEFUL because you’re

on the right track to be successful. But if all of these looks totally new to you, just

follow this system step-by-step and you’ll have no problem. Remember, DON’T GET

OVERWHELMED.

that you got the wrong niche in the beginning- a niche that won’t make money. But

important is to GET STARTED. If you’re a perfectionist, it will never be good enough

for you. Don’t let that stop you.

Just do it.

You need to get it good enough to deliver value beyond what the customer pays you,

and present that value in an honest way.

Then -

Launch it!

take that advice.

If you’re new, you want something that you can actually DO SOMETHING WITH

RIGHT NOW.

So do something with it, okay?

With that said, let’s get down to business…

Getting Ideas For A Niche Market

The best way to get ideas for a niche is to simply follow this system and you will never have any problems or obstacles with finding and selecting a profitable niche.Of course if you can build an online business in your preferred niche, that would be a bonus because you’ll be more passionate about it. But sometimes, luck is not always on our side so we end up with a niche that has no association with us. That’s still fine but make sure that you’ll be disciplined with yourself to follow the steps to internet success.

Before you start to build a profitable online business, you must first find a profitable online niche market.A profitable niche market in this case is defined as a market which is not too general but not to small. Your main objective is to create an online business in a niche market that has long term appeal. After all, you would like to derive as much profit out of your online business as possible.

For the record, you will be discovering online niche businesses as businesses that are not about ‘How To’ make money online or offline or internet marketing related

topics.

Here are a few niche market examples:

A website about dog training…

A website about scuba diving…

A website about wedding planning…

A website about baby sitting…

A website about camping…

A website about fresh water fishing…

A website about Thai kickboxing…

A website about sewing techniques…

Then go in a level deep if the niche is too general. So it’ll be:

A website about Boxer Dog training …

A website about digital cameras shots…

A website about western wedding planning…

A website about baby sitting for toddlers…

A website about camping in Australia…

A website about fresh water fishing…
